At Né-Na London, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible while ensuring every piece meets our quality standards.
UK Next Day Delivery
* Order before 2pm (Monday–Friday) for next working day delivery.
* Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
* Delivery: £6.99
UK Standard Delivery
* Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days
* Delivery: £3.99
* Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Pieces
Some of our designs are available on a pre-order basis and are crafted specifically for you. These pieces require additional production time before dispatch.
* Estimated production time will be displayed on the product page.
* Once your piece is completed, it will be shipped using your selected delivery method.
* If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide with a flat international delivery fee of £19.99
All international orders are dispatched with express shipping and are estimated to arrive within 3–5 working days.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Né-Na is not responsible for any customs delays or additional import charges.
