Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Né-Na London, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges and refunds subject to the terms below.


Returns

* Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

* All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

* We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, or any condition that prevents the item from being resold.


Exchanges

* Exchanges are only available for a different size of the same item originally purchased.

* To request an exchange, please contact us at info@ne-na.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

* If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


Refunds

* Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

* Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

* Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or an error was made by Né-Na London.


Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

* Certain pieces are produced on a pre-order or made-to-order basis specifically for each customer.

* Due to the bespoke nature of these items, pre-order and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun, unless the item is faulty.

* Production and estimated dispatch times will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

 


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Né-Na London cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
